Rated 5 out of 5 by SheilaH from Froze half for later It is difficult cooking for two at times, but this is fast to prepare and so good! Goes with so many dishes! Favorite was with the very quick chorizo and clam stew. Brown 3/4 lb chorizo into crispy bits, remove from pan, add 1/2 cup diced white onion till translucent, add one diced tomato cook till semi soft, add 1 lb pkg frozen clams in shell, cover and steam 5 minutes.
