- ½ teaspoon cumin seeds
- ¾ teaspoon green cardamom pods
- 1 ½ teaspoons fennel seed
- ¼ teaspoon whole black peppercorns
- 1 cinnamon stick, or 1/8 teaspoon ground, 1.5"
- 4 whole cloves
- ¼ teaspoon grated nutmeg
- Place all the ingredients into the Vitamix 1.2-L container in the order listed and secure the blade.
- Turn the dial to 1 and slowly increase the speed to 10.
- Blend for 20 seconds.
