Vegan Eggnog

Even vegans can join in on an eggnog toast with this recipe.

Vegan Eggnog

Ingredients

  • 480 ml (2 cups) vanilla soya milk
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 80 ml (2½ fluidounce) brandy
  • 2½ Tablespoon maple syrup

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
  2. Select Variable 1.
  3. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10.
  4. Blend for 15 seconds.
  5. Serve over ice.
