- 400 ml (1½ cup) coconut milk
- 2 banana, peeled, halved
- 2 heaped tablespoons porridge oats
- 100 g (3 handfuls) frozen blueberries
- Place all ingredients in the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Select Variable 1.
- Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
- Blend for 1 minute.
