Hint of Mint Smoothie
What better way to start your day than with a healthy, raw smoothie that provides the many health benefits of fresh mint, as well as its refreshing flavor!
- 240 ml (1 cup) coconut water
- 240 g (1½ cup) green grapes
- 100 g (4½ cup) fresh spinach, loosely packed
- 6 fresh mint leaves
- 400 g (4 slices) pineapple, peeled
- 200 g (1½ cup) frozen mango chunks
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed and quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
