Very good! (with some changes)
After reading the other reviews I used 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt and used 2/3 cup of canned pumpkin (without added spices) and kept all the other ingredience the same. I also added 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice, 1/2 cup ice and about 1 teaspoon sugar. I bet it would be good with honey or maple syrup too!

Amazing !
Amazing recipe idea ! I added more pumpkin as I wanted to taste more of the pumpkin but with the spices this recipe idea is amazing. Inspired me to use more pumpkin in my future smoothie recipes :-)

love, love, love...
good start to the perfect pumpkin smoothie - make it your own - used canned pumpkin because it’s easy and it is a great way to use up extra pumpkin from another recipe - love the flavor and the texture!

Did not like it
This smoothie tasted like yogurt and not enough spice. 1 cup of yogurt, way too much...

love me some smoothie
Its so easy to modify and change smoothie recipes. I did this one by throwing in some blueberries, hemp seeds, and a little protein powder.

This hits all the nopes.
From texture to flavor there is something off about this smoothie. I don't know if it is that I cannot get past the lack of heat, or it literally is the fact that there is no heat acting on the volatile oils of the spices, but this is a no for me.
