This creamy dressing is a perfect dipping sauce for traditional hibachi and pairs perfectly with a simple salad.
- 360 ml (1½ cup) soya milk
- 90 ml (⅓ cup) soya sauce
- 90 ml (⅓ cup) rice wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 100 g (⅔ cup) sesame seeds
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed. Select Variable 1, start the machine and slowly increase to its highest speed.
- Blend for 30 seconds.
This can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
