Carrots and lemon are complimented by sweet oranges to make a healthy juice-style smoothie.
- 360 ml (1½ cup) water
- 250 g (2 ) orange, peeled, quartered
- 200 g (1½ cup) carrots
- 10 g (1 slice) lemon, ¼"
- 130 g (1 cup) ice cubes
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
- Select Variable 1.
- Select Smoothie program.
- Start the blender, and increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds.
- Start the blender and allow to complete programmed cycle.
Spice up this smoothie by adding a small piece of ginger to your blend.
