  • 480 ml (2 cups) mango nectar
  • 300 g (2 cups) frozen mango chunks
  • 5 g (1 piece) fresh ginger root, 1/4" slice
  • 1 Tablespoon coconut oil
  • 45 g (3 Tablespoons) flaxseed oil
  • 20 g (1/4 cups) hemp seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon matcha green tea powder


  1. Place all the ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the blade base.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 30 seconds.
