Service, repair or replacement of Vitamix containers or blades must be performed by a Vitamix authorized service center.

If your machine or container is still under warranty, Vitamix will repair it at no cost to you, including two-way shipping*. If your warranty has expired or the parts or service is due to negligence, Vitamix is able to service machines, depending on availability of parts. You will be notified of the cost of repair upon our receipt and examination of the machine.

*Thank you for being a Vitamix customer. Our machines are designed to be serviced in the country in which they were purchased. If you have moved to another country, please contact our Customer Care Center and we will strive to find an approved service center nearby. If one cannot be located and the machine must be sent to the country in which it was purchased, please be aware that you will be responsible for the cost of two-way shipping, as outlined in your owner’s manual.
