Crème de cocoa and crème de menthe blend with ice cream to create a creamy, irresistible dessert cocktail.
- 30 g (¼ cup) ice cubes
- 80 ml (⅓ cup) milk
- 120 g (½ cup) vanilla nonfat yoghurt
- 1 Tablespoon crème de menthe
- 1 tbsp (1 Tablespoon) white crème de cocoa
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
- Select Variable 1.
- Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
- Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth. Serve immediately.
