Passionately Pink Smoothie
What an easy (and delicious) way to get almost three servings of fruit!
- 240 g (1 cup) vanilla soy yogurt, or low fat vanilla yogurt
- 300 g (2 cups) red grapes
- 120 g (1 cup) fresh raspberries
- 150 g (2 ) slices of pineapple, peeled
- 100 g (1 cup) fresh cranberries
- 260 g (2 cups) ice cubes
- 2 pitted dates, or 2 Tablespoon honey, optional
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
- Blend for 45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
Make popsicles with extra smoothie or save for later in the day for a quick snack.

Rated 5 out of 5 by BunnyBeech from Awesome This is one of my favourite recipies . The flavour was amazing. I also added an equal amount of strawberries to raspberries since I was making it for 2. It seemed a bit thick (with the extra berries?) so I also added a 1/4 cup of water.

Rated 5 out of 5 by LinnaYYC from Sweet and Tart The cranberries and greek yogurt bring some tartness to this smoothy- which to me is wonderful. If you want to balance this, add the honey (I didn't)
