Chicken, Broccoli, and Brown Rice Baby Food
As you cook a healthy dinner of chicken, broccoli, and brown rice for yourself, simply blend some up with milk as a treat for your child. Easy and delicious!
- 150 g (1 cup) broccoli florets, steamed, cooled
- 90 g ( ½ cup) boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked, diced, cooled
- 90 g (½ cup) cooked brown rice, cooled
- 180 ml (6 fluidounces) breast milk or your choice of alternative milk product
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the machine and increase to Variable 2, blend for 10-15 seconds, allowing ingredients to chop. Then, increase speed to Variable 10.
- Blend for 45 seconds, using the tamper if necessary.
