Dark Chocolate Raspberry Fondue

The rich sweetness of fresh raspberries combines with dark chocolate for a truly decadent dessert.

Dark Chocolate Raspberry Fondue


  • 350 g (2 cups) dark chocolate, chopped
  • 360 ml (1½ cup) double cream
  • 3 Tablespoons icing sugar
  • 50 g (½ cup) raspberries


  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
  2. Select Variable 1.
  3. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
  4. Blend for 4 minutes, or until steam escapes through lid.
  5. Pour into fondue pot. Serve immediately.

Chef's Notes

Add 2 Tablespoons of seedless raspberry preserves to intensify flavour.
