Caramel Latté
Bring the café to your home kitchen with this simple latté recipe. Try different syrup flavors to customize your beverage.
Ingredients
- 2 cups (480 ml) milk
- 1 espresso
- 4 caramel digestives
- 1 Tablespoon caramel sauce
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
- Select Variable 1.
- Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
- Blend for 5 minutes or until heavy steam escapes from the vented lid.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Try different syrup flavors or use ginger-nut biscuits with mixed spice instead of digestives for a delicious gingerbread latté during the festive season.

SOOOOOO YUMMY!
I made a vegan version with a vegan syrup and used Social Tea biscuits as I couldn't find vegan digestives. Super yummy. I added more biscuits to make it thicker. mmm Now I'm craving another. This type of latte is more like the kind you get premade (like Tim Hortons), not like a Starbuck's kind. But just wonderful.
