This is a Winner!
Entering day 12 of stay-at-home with this wicked virus and I was looking for fresh ideas to shake up our go to smoothies. Very refreshing. Made it a 2nd time with Greek yogurt to add some protein. Both versions are stellar.

Perfect Summer Smoothie!
So tasty and easy to follow! I used frozen pineapple and less ice to make it a little thicker of a drink, based on my preferences. So light and refreshing for the summer. Have made a few times since I found the recipe!

Oh sooo good!
I made a few tweaks to the recipe. I used frozen cauliflower, mango then added some ginger w Coconut milk.
I'm over the moon with my new Vitamix. It beats my other two Ninjas hands down.

Tropical enchantment
Made this smoothie for my husband's breakfast which is before he goes to bed after working all night. The lightness is enough to satisfy but not too heavy for sleeping.
