Rated 2 out of 5 by Geep from Honey Doesn't Blend I found the honey sunk to the bottom of the blender and just sat there. As a result, the lemonade was too tart. Any tips to avoid this are welcome.

Rated 5 out of 5 by StuartE from USE SUGAR CANE SYRUP Honey does dissolve poorly. Best to use sugar cane syrup. This can be found in the drinks section of the supermarket. It is used to sweeten cocktails, so dissolves very easily.

Rated 5 out of 5 by KoalaSez from Tart and refreshing Easy to make in only a few minutes. Lemon size might matter just a little...mine are on the small side but did fine. Sweetener is personal preference..I used stevia this time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by daven121 from Amazing flavour from just one lemon I have only had my Vitamix a few weeks and this was one of the first things I tried as it seemed simple enough. Wow! the flavour from one lemon considering the amount of drink you get is incredible!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Leigh49 from How to dissolve the honey a. Skip the ice-cubes. Mix at high speed for at least 30 seconds, then add ice cubes and mix again. OR b. Use HOT Water (obviously skipping the ice cubes - substitute an extra 1/2C of water) and enjoy a nice hot lemonade. Great for colds and sore throats, especially if you throw in some ginger root.
