Green Tea Smoothie

An invigorating blend of green tea, honey, mango, and ginger to jumpstart your day.

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup (45 g) ice cubes
  • 1 cup (165 g) mango, peeled, diced
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ginger root, grated
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ½ cup (120 ml) green tea, cooled

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine honey and green tea. Mix until well combined.
  2. Place ice cubes, mango, ginger and tea mixture into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
  3. Select Variable 1.
  4. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10.
  5. Blend for 25 - 30 seconds, or until desired consistency is reached.
