Not Sweet !Used the exact measures, but it was not sweet enough. It felt like too much ice.
I used my 64 ounce classic container where as the recipe is for the low profile one. So I blame it on me for not getting a real frozen product at the end. Not sure why Vitamix does not list a recipe for Classic container. Probably because I used the classic container, the top portion just stayed as liquid, and probably the bottom portion was frozen, I could make out the change of sound that they talked about. Because of which I did the frozen dessert run once again which even melted the bottom portion I believe. I will try again, this time with lesser ice( I will do the best guess for my classic container) !

Yummy pineapple dessertI recently bought a Vitamix because of a recommendation from my life coach. I decided on a whole food plant-based lifestyle going forward. Tonight I made this pineapple freeze and it was delicious! I made it exactly the way the recipe called for, and it came out perfect! I did not have any agave nectar so, unfortunately, I had to use an artificial sweetener which I know is terrible, but it’s all I had on hand. I’ll definitely be making this again.
