Crème de cocoa and crème de mint blend with nonfat yogurt to create a creamy, irresistible dessert cocktail.
- ¼ cup (30 g) ice cubes
- ⅓ cup (80 ml) milk
- ½ cup (120 g) vanilla nonfat yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon crème de menthe
- 1 Tablespoon (1 tbsp) white crème de cocoa
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
- Select Variable 1.
- Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
- Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth. Serve immediately.
