Triple Fruit Puree Dessert Soup
Layers of kiwi, strawberry, and mango purée create a colorful treat.
Kiwi Fruit Purée
Ingredients
- 6 kiwis, peeled, halved
- 1 Tablespoon lime juice
Directions
- Place ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
- Select Variable 1.
- Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10.
- Blend for 30 seconds.
Strawberry Fruit Purée
Ingredients
- 2 cups (300 g) strawberries
- 1 Tablespoon honey, optional

- Blend for 20 seconds.
Mango Fruit Purée
Ingredients
- 2 mangoes, peeled, pitted, cubed
- ¾ cup (180 ml) sparkling water

- Place ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
- Select Variable 1.
- Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10.
- Blend for 30 seconds.
Notes
For recipe variation, swap out any berry for the berry layer or your favorite stone fruit in place of the mango layer.
