Notes

Black bean burgers are an incredibly nutrient dense alternative to a traditionally patty, that are bursting with flavor from the diverse array of ingredients. Black beans are a low fat source of high quality plant protein and also offer fiber and antioxidants. Size them down to a 3 ounce portion if you're looking for an appetizer or even a hand held option for your little one. Make a full 6 ounce portion if you're looking for a tasty filling meal.
