Fig Jam
This simple and delicious spread goes well with cheeses, breads, and desserts.
Ingredients
- 1 cups (150 g) dried figs
- 1 cups (420 ml) pear nectar [or pomegranate juice]
- ½ teaspoon Winter Spice Seasoning
Directions
- Combine pear nectar with figs in a small saucepot and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes to reconstitute. Transfer the mixture to your Vitamix container and secure the lid.
- Select Variable 6. Pulse 16 to 18 times or until desired consistency is achieved.
