Fresh Fruit Smoothie
Club soda blends strawberry, pineapple, apricot and orange into this creamy smoothie—without the use of dairy products.
Ingredients
- 8 large (150 g) strawberries
- ½ slice (45 g) pineapple, peeled
- 1 medium (45 g) apricots, halved, pitted
- ½ medium (70 g) orange, peeled
- ¼ cup (60 ml) club soda
- 1 cup (130 g) ice cubes
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
- Blend for 1 minute, or until desired consistency is reached, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
Notes
This drink is tart. If desired, sweeten to taste with your favorite sweetener. This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled to share with the family or save for later.

Orange sticks out
This was easy to make. The fruit I tasted overwhelming was the orange. I'm only an orange juice fan between those two so,i could eliminate that I think. Otherwise, it's good.
