The quickest most luxurious way to drink your greens and nourish yourself with all the vibrant vitamins, nutrients and minerals your immune system needs to live with this puckery no-cook alkaline soup. Ingredients

  • 8 ounces OG baby broccoli⁣
  • 6 ounces baby spinach
  • 1 heaping handful fresh mint⁣
  • 2 heaping handfuls fresh parsley
  • 1 handful fresh basil ⁣
  • 1 heaping handful unsweetened coconut flakes, or raw cashews, raw sunflower seeds
  • 4 cloves small garlic cloves
  • 1 stalk celery
  • ½ cup green onion
  • ¼ cup green peas, frozen
  • 1-2 cups veggie broth or water, more/less to liking. Veggie broth can be store bought, or make fresh by stewing celery, leeks and turmeric powder together
  • 1 teaspoon wasabi powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh ginger
  • 2 lemons, juiced, or lime
  • 1 pint Celtic sea salt, more/less to taste
  • fresh crackled black pepper

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients in together in VitaMix or hi powered blender and push ingredients down into blade with plunger. Add more splashes of veggie broth or water to achieve desired soup consistency, more water is more soupy, less water is more creamy. Blend until blender feels warm to touch (no cooking required) Top a garnish and enjoy hot or cold.

Chef's Notes

Garnish: get creative with dry-roasted chickpeas, coconut flakes, baby broccoli, parsley, cashew cheese crumbles, fresh red chili pepper⁣s, micro-greens or whatever you like!
