Smoothie 100% verde
Es muy fácil convertirse en vegetariano con esta dulce y deliciosa combinación de frutas, verduras y vegetales de hoja verde.
- ¼ de taza (60 ml) de agua
- ½ taza (120 ml) de jugo de piña
- 1¾ tazas (300 g) de uvas verdes
- ¼ de pera Bartlett sin semillas partida a la mitad
- ½ aguacate
- ¼ de taza (25 g) de brócoli picado
- ¼ de taza (20 g) de espinaca lavada
- ¼ de taza (30 g) de cubos de hielo
- Vierta todos los ingredientes en el vaso de la Vitamix en el orden indicado y cierre bien la tapa.
- Seleccione la velocidad 1.
- Encienda la licuadora e incremente poco a poco la velocidad hasta 10 y luego, hasta nivel Alto.
- Licúe durante 35-40 segundos o hasta obtener una mezcla sin grumos.

The second time I made this I added 1/2 banana, and a half can (15 oz can) rinsed and drained cannellini beans. These two additions made it much more filling and very creamy!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Maverick from Some modifications and it was great! I didn't have grapes so used some local ripe green plums and added half a frozen banana. I also used frozen pineapple instead of pineapple juice and coconut water instead of plain water and it was fantastic!

I was skeptical with having spinach, broccoli & avocado together. I love them separately of course :). This is a great start to my morning.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Trixiebelle from Pretty good This is a good smoothie, made rich by the avocado. But it is not as sweet and tasty as the going green smoothie recipe in the QuickStart Guide. So far that one is my an my family's favorite. Might try adding a 1/2 a banana to this one next time.
