A great gluten free dry rub!
This is my go to dry rub for chicken. Our household has allergies to gluten, corn and soy. This mixes up quickly and tastes great. You can store the rest in an airtight container and have it on hand for quick meals.

Excellent flavor
I used this on boneless skinless chicken thighs I was grilling. They turned out superb! The rub has a nice kick to it without being too spicy. This is a keeper!

Great for Vegan uses too!
This recipe is perfect for use on plant-based 'chicken' as well. Really gives a kick to a plant-based meal. Also good for use on potato wedges in the air fryer. Love it. Can't wait to think of other uses for this spice blend.

Flavorful rub
There are a lot of ingredients but the flavor profile is great! Made this and put it on some chicken thighs about 20 minutes before I grilled them. Added a nice complex flavor with a touch of spice.
Let it settle after blending to avoid a giant dust cloud of spices coming out of your container.
Overall, I'd use this recipe again and it provides a great base to experiment with other flavors as well.
