Smoothie verde con col rizada y pera
Deliciosa y nutritiva combinación de dulces frutas frescas y col rizada.
- 1 taza (120 ml) de agua
- 1 taza (170 g) de uvas verdes
- 1 naranja grande pelada y partida a la mitad
- ½ pera sin semillas partida a la mitad
- 1 plátano pelado y partido a la mitad
- 1 taza (70 g) de col rizada
- 2 tazas (260 g) de cubos de hielo
- Vierta todos los ingredientes en el vaso de la Vitamix en el orden indicado y cierre bien la tapa.
- Seleccione la velocidad 1.
- Encienda la licuadora e incremente poco a poco la velocidad hasta 10 y luego, hasta nivel Alto.
- Licúe durante 45 segundos o hasta que adquiera la consistencia deseada.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Storm from Have never purchased kale from the grocery This is a good intro to eating kale for me. The smoothie has a very good taste - you can taste the citrus and the pear. Good consistency. Next time, I will cut the recipe in half to make just one serving.

I didn't think it was going to be sweet at all and I was also a bit worried about the kale flavor. To my surprise, it had very nice taste and it was moderately sweet. I couldn't taste the kale at all, mostly the grapes. I will definitely be making this again.

Very surprised with this as very delicious - sweet (not overly) and very easy to drink! will be making again when I have kale and pears to use up!!
