Sorbete de durazno con soya
Si tiene antojo de algo dulce, prepare esta delicia a base de leche de soya con suave y cremosa textura.
- 1½ tazas (360 ml) de leche de soya
- 4 dátiles (60 g) sin hueso o miel, al gusto
- 1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla (opcional)
- 680 g (1½ libras) de rebanadas de durazno congelado
- Vierta todos los ingredientes en el vaso de la Vitamix en el orden indicado y cierre bien la tapa.
- Encienda la licuadora en la velocidad más baja y luego increméntela rápidamente hasta llegar a la máxima, usando la barra presionadora para dirigir los ingredientes hacia las cuchillas.
- En aproximadamente 30-60 segundos, el sonido del motor cambiará y deben formarse cuatro cúmulos en la mezcla. Detenga la máquina. No mezcle de más o se derretirá. sirva de inmediato.

The Vitamix mixed it well with just a full push of the tamper. And, there were only two stuck together peaces that would not blend, so next time I will check the slices before I dump them into the container. I going to make this with papaya and blueberry! Vitamix is game changer for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by John69 from Simple, fast and good I just tried this recipe and am totally sold. I overlooked the 25-minute defrost step for the peach slices, but it still turned out well. Was able to defrost the initial chunky batch and blend a smoother finished sherbet. Add slivered almonds for extra flavor and crunch. Will definitely try this with other fruits and Splenda to get the calorie content down.

I used the frozen preset, probably could have let it run a bit longer, but wanted a few bits of fruit to add a bit of texture. Will make again with other fruit.
