Lemon Lime Basil Slushy
A new twist on traditional lemonade with sweet lime and fresh basil leaves.
- 360 ml (1½ cup) water, or vegetable stock
- 4 lemon, peeled
- 4 limes, peeled
- 20 g (½ cup) fresh basil leaves
- 1 kg (8 cups) ice cubes
- 160 ml (⅔ cup) date syrup, or granulated sugar
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
- Blend for 1 minute, using the tamper to push ingredients towards the blades or until desired consistency is reached.
