Brown Sugar Glaze
The perfect glaze for ham at the holidays.
- 60 ml (¼ cup) maple syrup
- 120 ml (½ cup) orange juice
- 1 Tablespoon sherry vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Winter Spice Seasoning
- 300 g (1½ cup) light brown sugar
- 3 g (1 teaspoon) salt
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
- Select Variable 1.
- Start the machine and slowly increase to its highest speed.
- Blend for 15-20 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
