Tomato Vinaigrette is rated out of 5 by 1.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Cami from Really close to five star Mostly, I love this creamy, silky vinaigrette. My one issue is a lack of flavor. My husband, without my asking, said the same thing to me. In looking at other tomato vinaigrette recipes, the other things that the highly praised recipes add to the mix is a tablespoon of Dijon mustard, and 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar (or red wine vinegar). I think that would do it and then this would be a fabulous recipe.
