- ½ cup (100 g) light tofu
- 1 banana, peeled, halved
- 1 cup (165 g) pineapple, peeled, cubed
- 1 orange, peeled, halved
- 1 cup (130 g) ice cubes
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
- Select Variable 1.
- Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
- Blend for 35-45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.

Yes those two ingredients would work for a smoothie, liquid may need to be added if you are looking for a thinner mixture.
