    Dessert Recipe - Cherry-Almond Sorbetto

    Ingredients:

    • 1/2 cup (125 g) fresh orange juice (from 1 large navel orange)
    • 1 lb (500 g) frozen pitted dark cherries, such as Bing
    • 1/3 cup (90 g) sugar
    • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract

    Instructions:

    1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
    2. Select Variable 1.
    3. Start machine and slowly increase speed to Variable 5.
    4. Turn the machine on and slowly increase the speed to Variable 5.
    5. Blend for 30 seconds, using the tamper to push the ingredients into the blades.
