Great Recipe
We are smoothie people. We try to incorporate sourkraut into our daily menu. The kids love this because it is so tasty! And absolutely zero sour taste..

Surprisingly good!
This recipe shocked me! I love ginger's flavor & can eat sauerkraut on hot dogs but, have never ever dreamt of drinking it. My only issue was with it not being cold when it was time to drink it;just lukewarm. Not my favorite type of drink. So I had to set it in the freezer for about an hour or so and then it was wonderful! I didn't have chia seeds so I added an extra stalk of celery for some more roughage and antioxidants at least.
