  • 2 pieces (15 g) fresh ginger root, 1/2" slice
  • 1 (80 g) beet, peeled, halved
  • 1 (130 g) medium apple, seeded, halved
  • 1 cup (130 g) ice cubes
  • 1 (70 g) carrot, halved
