Savory Herb Popcorn Seasoning
Fresh thyme complements grated Parmesan cheese in this popcorn seasoning recipe.
- ¼ cup (55 g) butter, softened
- ½ cup (60 g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
- Select Variable 1.
- Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 7.
- Blend for 10 seconds.
- Toss in a bowl with freshly popped popcorn.
Note: Use 1 cup (220 g) popcorn kernels, freshly popped and warm.
