Sparkling Champagne Smoothie
For a fun twist on a holiday toast, blend your favorite fruit and yogurt flavors with chilled champagne. Cheers!
- 1 cup (240 g) plain yogurt
- 2 cups (250 g) peaches
- 1 pinch grated nutmeg
- 6 fluidounces (180 ml) Champagne, chilled
- Place yogurt, fruit, and nutmeg into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
- Select Variable 1.
- Turn machine on and slowly increase to the highest speed.
- Blend for 30 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
- Pour into glasses, filling ¾ full. Top off with champagne and gently stir to combine.
