Almond Flour

  • 2 cups (300 g) raw almonds


  1. Place almonds into the Vitamix container and secure the lid. Select Variable 1 and
  2. start the machine.
  3. Quickly increase speed to variable 10, then high. Blend for 6-8 seconds and
  4. immediately stop the machine.
  5. Remove the lid and scrape the sides of the container with a spatula. Repeat the
  6. same process until desired consistency is achieved.
