Ingredients
- ½ cup (75 g) hazelnuts
Directions
- Place hazelnuts into 8 ounce container. Secure base.
- Select variable 5 and pulse 7-8 times.
- Garnish over whipped cream and pudding.
Chocolate Butterscotch Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 cups (480 ml) whole milk, warm
- ¾ cup (180 ml) heavy cream, warm
- ¼ cup (60 g) granulated sugar
- ¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup (75 g) dark chocolate chips
- ½ cup (75 g) butterscotch chips
- 1½ teaspoon powdered gelatin
Directions
- Place ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed. Secure the lid.
- Select the hot soup program.
- Let run to completion.
- Portion equally into 3oz cups and place in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours until set.
Vanilla Bean Whipped Cream
Ingredients
- 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
- ¼ cup (50 g) granulated sugar, or Date Syrup to taste
- 1 vanilla bean, split
Directions
- Place ingredients into the 20 ounce Vitamix container in the order listed. Secure the base.
- Select Variable1.
- Switch Machine to start and quickly increase speed to 10.
- Blend for 10-15 seconds.
- Garnish Chocolate Butterscotch Pudding with whipped cream.
