Roasted Pineapple Baby Food

One simple fresh fruit, roasted and blended well, is a great way to introduce your baby to the wonderful world of food.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups (600 g) pineapple, peeled, diced, roasted, cooled

Directions

  1. Place pineapple into the Vitamix container and secure the blade base.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed then increase to its highest speed. Blend for 1 minute.
