Avocado provides a silky texture to this smoothie bowl, which you can top with fresh berries, nuts, or seeds.

  • 1 cup (240 ml) almond milk, or coconut water
  • 1 medium (135 g) avocado, pitted, peeled
  • 2 cups (60 g) fresh spinach
  • 2 Tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 2 cups (300 g) frozen mango chunks
  • ΒΌ cup (40 g) fresh blueberries, to garnish
  • 2 Tablespoons (20 g) unsweetened shredded coconut , to garnish


  1. Place almond milk, avocado, spinach, hemp seed, and frozen mango into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
  3. Blend for 1 minute, using the tamper as necessary to push ingredients toward the blades.
  4. Portion into bowls and top with fresh blueberries and coconut flakes.
