Works great!
Whoever made it and ended up with too much pulp did not let it blend long enough. Two carrots need to blend at least 60 seconds to have a liquid juice. Great liquid drink that still has all the fiber and phytonutrients, all those plant cells opened up for me! Love vitamix!

Carrot Quick Drink
Made this with exact 1-1/2 C diced carrots, 1-C cold water, 2-C ice cubes, stevia to taste. Great to slow up process of hair loss. Is the beta-carotene that does the trick.

Tastes great!
I liked the just carrot juice, no frills. It's really very good just like the recipe said. It turned out perfectly, no chunks and very smooth. Nothing beats a Vitamix! I've had other blenders and juice extractors that made mountains of wasted pulp, and used too many expensive organic carrots.

Follow the directions and you will have success
I made this today and I added too much water and ice. When it started, it looked a little chunky, so I added more water . I should have let it run for the 60 seconds before making any changes. Mine was a little watery but that was my fault. The consistency was juice not smoothie...perfect!

So much better than the ones at the yoga studio
I followed the directions to the letter EXCEPT that I added ginger. I agree with the reviewer who indicated that water could be substituted for the ice. I am not a fan of super cold beverages so this would have been fine for me with cold water instead of ice. In order to reduce the pulpiness, I had to blend for longer than I thought would be necessary (without burning out the motor!)
