Carrot Orange Juice
Oranges, carrots, and ice are all you need for this easy-to-make Vitamix juice.
Ingredients
- 4 (525 g) medium oranges, peeled, halved
- 2½ cup (275 g) carrots
- 2 cups (260 g) ice cubes
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
- Start the machine, slowly increase to its highest speed.
- Blend for 1 minute or until desired consistency is reached.
Notes
This juice can easily be doubled in the 64 ounce container. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator and enjoy any time.

Very delicious
I cut the recipe in half and also added some fresh ginger — this was DELICIOUS! And super easy to make. I didn't need to add water; the juice from the orange was plenty!

Healthy and Simple..Add Water though
Easy recipe to make...Disappointed at first as was thinking I did not need my juicer anymore. But the juice was a bit thick since its full of pulp so I added water. Also, turned it into a Orange Julius and worked great!

Good smoothie but mix needed water. My Vitamix could not grind everything and it is only 1 month old. I added a 1/4 cup of water after the fact and then it was fine

Great smoothie
I strained this to make it more juice like and less smoothie like. Without straining I found it to be very pasty. I'll try adding some water next time. Overall it was great.
