Cucumber Melon Smoothie
This refreshing smoothie showcases the popular combination of cucumber and melon.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup (60 ml) soy milk
- 1 cup (170 g) green grapes
- 1½ cup (240 g) cantaloupe, peeled, seeded, cubed
- ½ cup (65 g) cucumber, peeled, diced
- 1 cup (170 g) honeydew melon, peeled, seeded, cubed
- 1 lime, peeled, halved
- 1 cup (130 g) ice cubes
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
- Select Variable 1.
- Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
- Blend for 45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
Notes
This is a wonderful summertime recipe that tastes best with very ripe seasonal honeydew and cantaloupe.
