Good Morning Green Smoothie
Fresh fruit blends harmoniously with chopped cucumber and broccoli in this vibrant breakfast smoothie.
- ½ cup (120 ml) water
- 1 cup (150 g) green grapes
- ¼ cup (25 g) cucumber
- ½ kiwi, peeled
- 1 (115 g) apple
- ¾ cup (65 g) broccoli florets
- 1 (10 g) lemon
- 1 cup (130 g) ice cubes
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
- Blend for 1 minute or until desired consistency is reached, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled in the 64-ounce container to serve the family or keep in the refrigerator for a snack.
