Passionately Pink Smoothie
What an easy way to get almost three fruit servings into your little princess!
Ingredients
- ½ cup (120 g) low fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup (150 g) red grapes
- ½ cup (60 g) raspberries
- ½ cup (75 g) pineapple
- ½ cup (50 g) cranberries
- 1½ Tablespoon honey, optional
- 1 cup (130 g) ice cubes
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
- Blend for 45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
Notes
Try substituting the yogurt in this recipe for a plant-based yogurt to keep it vegan.

Awesome
This is one of my favourite recipies . The flavour was amazing. I also added an equal amount of strawberries to raspberries since I was making it for 2. It seemed a bit thick (with the extra berries?) so I also added a 1/4 cup of water.

Feeling fancy
This recipe will have you saying yeah. ;p absolutely loved it. I did make a modification since I don’t do dairy I used coconut yogurt instead. Which I also made in my vitamix.

Sweet and Tart
The cranberries and greek yogurt bring some tartness to this smoothy- which to me is wonderful. If you want to balance this, add the honey (I didn't)

Yumm-and added vitamin powder
I love the freshness of this recipe. I used creamy oat milk instead of yogurt and add a teaspoon of a vitamin powder to give it a boost!

Excellent texture
