Pineapple Whole Fruit Juice
Turn fresh pineapple chunks and ice cubes into a refreshing, whole-fruit juice.
Ingredients
- 2½ cup (400 g) pineapple, peeled, core included
- 1 cup (130 g) ice cubes
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
- Select Variable 1.
- Start the machine, and increase to its highest speed.
- Blend for 1 minute or until desired consistency is reached.
Notes
Pineapple naturally froths when blended. A couple of tricks to reduce frothing are to finish the blend on low speed for 15 seconds or strain the mixture through a sieve. Note this will remove fiber from the beverage. For a thinner consistency add some water or maybe boost the flavor and nutrition with Coconut water. Double this recipe in the 64lp or 64 traditional container and store in an air tight contianer for up to 5 days. You may also freeze the juice to use at a later date.

Love, love, LOVE my Vitamix!
I make pineapple juice and add fresh basil. Just enough to give it a light greenish color, along with the ice. It is so VERY refreshing and delicious! I had it in Thailand at a spa and fell in love with it. Also, watermelon juice with lemon. Just great.

I finally juice the fresh pineapple right, this time; it was delicious, no pulp, very smooth, healthy and refreshing, thanks to the VitaMix blender.

Love it but...
My pineapple was not sweet at all, so I added some honey. I chose the smoothie program.The taste was great but after a few minutes, I saw a lot of bubbles or aggregations? Anyone has any comment on this? Thank you.

Easy, peasy
Had a pineapple getting close to its expiry date... So cut it up, added ice and 2 tbsp of protein powder with a splash of turmeric. Perfectly easy and enjoyable
