Rated 5 out of 5 by vitamix_lover from Love it! Other reviewers are right - it does taste like pumpkin pie! I used a little less sweet and condensed milk (coconut milk version) and almond milk for the milk part - very tasty!

Rated 5 out of 5 by kayhless from this is great! I switch the milk and sweetener to make it paleo (almond milk and honey and 1/8 tsp salt) and it comes out delicious and yeah, it does taste a lot like pumpkin pie!

Rated 5 out of 5 by JefftheAeroE from Very fun and refreshing If you're pressed for time you can buy 'pumpkin pie spice' in the spice isle. I cut the condensed sweet milk to 2 tablespoons, and used fairlife 2% milk which is creamier than normal 2%, has less sugar and more protein. The result is great and something you can have every day. In the fall you can add oats to make it into an easy breakfast smoothie. Blend the oats before adding other ingredients.
