Strawberry Banana Breakfast Chia Pudding [Food Processor Attachment]

Simple and easy to put together and very versatile; top with fresh fruit, granola or any other topping you'd like.



  • 3 cups (720 ml) Almond Milk
  • ½ cup (70 g) almonds
  • ½ cup (85 g) chia seeds
  • 8 (60 g) pitted dates
  • 1½ cup (225 g) strawberries, hulled
  • 1 (90 g) medium bananas, peeled


  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 1 minute, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades.
  3. Pour into a glass storage container and let sit overnight (at least 12 hours). Adjust with additional liquid if needed and top with desired ingredients.
